A Metairie marine audio client came to us looking for a substantial improvement to the sound and cosmetics of a 24′ Yellowfin. This particular client was none other than Jeremy Roussel, charter captain for Bowfishing Unlimited. After consulting with Jeremy for a while, it became clear that he was looking for something that would play loud and clear but he also wanted to make the boat stand out visually while on the water.
We put together a system that consisted of all JL Audio Marine grade products. We installed four 8.8″ JL Audio marine speakers, two 7.7″ marine speakers and two 10″ marine subwoofers. All of this was powered by JL Audio M-Series amplifiers that we mounted out of sight.
To add to the appearance, all of the speakers were mounted to custom-made plexiglass rings that were coupled with LED lighting. As you can see from the pictures, this Yellowfin is quite a sight to see at night (not to mention to hear!)
